Always one foot on the ground
For the first time in too long of a time, I pulled the blinds up and curtains back to my window. Its raining here right now and oh how we needed it. With the last minute trip to DC this upcoming weekend I was concerned with the heat. Jesus quickly answered my prayer for rain here, lets hope the DC area is also getting some relief. I also just finished making a Spicy Sweet Potato and Coconut Soup . I had plans to make it this week, but with it being so hot I wanted to put it off. But I started cooking it anyways and now being reward with a cool rain to enjoy yummy soup to.
