Here I am tonight painting our kitchen! There is a lot going on in this photo, so let me explain a few things for ya.

1: So, I didnt come over prepared to paint but I really wanted to paint so I go creative to cover my clothes – trash bag poncho! Brilliant move I must say, along with the
awesome color….

2: Sparkling Lake. This is the color I am most excited about that we picked out for the house (and every room has a different color for the record). It was paired with a bright red, which is my dishes, Kitchen Aid Mixer (thank you, Mom!), coffee maker (still hot ticket on the register), etc.

3: Lets not talk about my bad hair I dont know WHAT was up with it today. Poor bangs, so negated. I swear I conditioned it even though it does not reflect that at all.

4:That screw driver is what I used to take off all the outlet covers. Not pictured: the AWESOME power drill I used to remove all the cabinets. Just call me handywomen. I also was thinking how I totally could of taken apart those VCRs on the Amazing Race last night after using the drill so well.

5: See those cute polka dot liners? I put those down yesterday and today. Its amazing how well color wise they go.

6: Reason Im holding my hand out is to show I got paint on myself. I dont know why, but really do you paint really well if a little bit doesnt get on you?
