So, for the past two weeks I’ve been keeping a food diary. I’m trying to drop a few pounds before a few weddings that I’m in this fall, and I know that I need accountability. So, I write down everything I eat, and then a dear friend looks it over, gives me stickers, and tells me I need to drink water and eat more protein for breakfast.
And this morning, for breakfast, I had:
- An egg and an egg white, scrambled
- Two slices of whole grain toast
- 1/2 tablespoon of low-fat butter
- 15 oz. of water
You should totally be impressed.
