And in the end…there is love.

I’m an accident waiting to happen…

So, this is what happens when you go hiking with me.

Hiking Mishap

See, it’s exercise AND live entertainment. I should totally start charging for this stuff.

Yes, and people wonder if the descriptions on our blog detailing Magellan’s directional abilities are accurate…;)

I found your blog very randomly, I think from Brant Hansen’s blog (also discovered randomly, as blogs go), and I ended up reading all of your posts from the very beginning. So there you go, you just told your life story to a complete stranger. :-) I just have to say I really enjoyed it and I completely identify with your situation in Colorado–single young woman, wanting to get out there and make some Christian friends in a new town, yet feeling frustrated with finding a church and finding a family there. So keep up the good work! It’s nice to know there are others who feel the same way.

so I was just thinking about how funny you are and your comment “I should start charging for this stuff.” I really think you’re on to something there. What if you did some stand-up (or fall down) comedy on the side of your work at Compassion? You could start out by doing a few little “gigs” at parties and benefits for free, then when your name was big enough you could start charging. For material, all you’d have to do is write the same way you’ve been writing…Seriously, I think you’re on to something. I’d pay to come hear you!
