And in the end…there is love.

Wow…

Have you ever seen the Trans-Siberian Orchestra? No? You need to. Seriously. Go buy a ticket right now! See if they’re coming anywhere within 12–no, 15 hours of you.

As you might have guessed, I went to a Trans-Siberian Orchestra (TSO) concert tonight. And y’all? It was incredible. I didn’t really know what to expect, but it was simply phenomenal. The lights. The music. The fireworks. The flames. And it was one of those things where, it could have easily been too much. One more laser would have been tacky. One more electric guitar would have crossed the line. But it was perfect. Absolutely stinkin’ perfect.

But, if you have even one cell in your brain that is prone to epilepsy, bring sunglasses or something. Because I almost had a seizure. But it totally would have been worth it.

Seriously.

(Oh, and the women wear hooker boots. It was perfection.)

I have LOVED their Christmas Eve in Sarajevo for years… used to jam out to it around the Burg every year when it would finally start playing… would listen to the radio for hours just to hear it. LOVED it. Still love it, just don’t have to listen for hours to hear it now. I picked up a copy of Beethoven’s Last Night thinking I would love everything, but it wasn’t so much my style…. but then, with the lights and the lasers and the hooker boots, it may easily win me over, I’m sure. But I don’t think they’ll be within 12 or 15 hours of me anytime soon… even if we count flying.
