I’m really trying to watch my diet and exercise. I’m NOT dieting, just trying to make healthier lifestyle choices. I was doing really good for a while, and feel like in the past few months, I’ve gotten off track. So…I started an “accountability” blog. Because when I’m writing down what I eat, and how much I exercise, I actually think about it. And the blog aspect means that other people will (hopefully) hold me accountable.
