once again, i’ve waited til the last possible moment to do my taxes. i’ve avoided them this year because i made some changes last year and haven’t really figured out how they will affect my tax-filing. i refinanced my house, switched from a traditional to roth IRA, and changed some other investments. plus, i’m trying to use these new-fangled computer tax programs, and they ask me all these irrelevant questions, but never ask the ones that (to me at least it seems) would make a difference. i’m actually worried that i’m not paying the government enough.
i really should have started this in february.

I would have never figured you for a procrastinating taxpayer.
I actually got my Federal taxes done in March this year, which was amazing. I still need to file my state income taxes; my post office didn’t have the forms when I went a couple weeks back. I need to find forms ASAP.

i procrastinate like nobody’s business. i never started papers in college til the night before they were due.
i forgot about state taxes! but i did just find out that i didn’t, in fact, change from a traditional to a Roth IRA. instead i just rolled it over from one company to another. i wish i kept better records.

I had my taxes done and ready to go almost two months ago. However, I owed the govt. $600 this year and that part took a little longer.
I just sent in my money yesterday.

i just did my state taxes over my lunch break, and am mailing my federal return today. since i’m getting a huge refund, i really am kicking myself for not doing them earlier.
