I thought that when I was out of the warehouse…free from the daily grind…that I would have all this time to work on comics…read…run through fields of daisies with grandiose music in the background, but the truth is that nature abhors a vacuum. And as a result it seems that all my time has been claimed, though not necessarily by me.
Most of it are things I don’t mind doing, it’s just that in my perfect little world I’m sitting at the drawing table for a couple of weeks getting a big jump on the next issue.
I just realized that just about every day this week has been taken already.
And now, I may have the opportunity to begin teaching this fall.
That’s in one week, people.
This totally throws me off. I’m a bit overwhelmed now and I’m not sure what I’m going to do. In the meantime I’m going to finish this tomato sandwich though. and there’s nothing anyone can do about it.
probably.
Take the job.
