Video Sharing

I’ve got a video of Seámus that’s 1.6 M - and I’m trying to figure out how to host it to play on my blog. I’ve seen other blogs play video - I just can’t figure out how to host the video. I’ve got my own webspace (birchsong.com), but I have no idea what I’m doing, hee hee. I tried looking for a free host online that would make this easier, but no such luck. Any suggestions?
