Your link should look like this:
<a href=”http://rmfo-blogs.com/reilly/archives/2005/03/14/here-they-are/”>Reilly’s Blog</a>
the “a” tells it that it’s a link, the “href” tells it that the link refers to a http site, the part in quotations is the link, the part inbetween it all is what people will see when they click, and the /a tells it that the link has ended. If you don’t include that, you could turn your entire blog into a huge hyperlink
