One verse that has gained meaning for me this week that you might like in this context: Ecclesiastes 7:3--"Sorrow is better than laughter, for by sadness of face the heart is made glad." But yeah, life sucks. And for some reason, it's so much better to actually be real about it sucking than pretend not to suck. So props too. Thanks for being real.
