		<description>you'd be surprised what your body can do for you. you start small and work up to it. you don't just wake up and do it, you train for four or five months. it's proving you are the master of your own body, that it doesn't master you. It's the feeling of being empty. It's feeling like a superstar...doing something less than 1% of the population ever attempts. 

it's fantastic. and it's horrible. and it's graphic and violent and painful and tortuous and beautiful and gratifying and wonderful. 

What else can you say that about?</description>
