My coping can go either way. If I feel I’ve been socially isolated for awhile, then I’ll go out, have a couple drinks, sing karaoke and be a scoial butterfly–and rarely am I a social butterfly.

Sometimes I spend the whole night cleaning, scrubbing the kithcen floor on my hands and knees, or baking all night. Since I’ve lived alone I’ve spent so many nights baking cookies, I can whip out a batch in no time.

Sometimes I just sing karaoke by myself at home,or write in my journal, or take a hot bath with all the lights off (suprisingly this works), or take a walk…

I cracked up when you said you used chicken and meat. -being that chicken IS meat

Also when you said you were going to try to bake cupcakes in just the liners and not in the pan. I wonder how that would turn out???
