Snape is Evil: Murder is not noble. Dumbledore would never have asked Snape to murder. Snape was, instead, operating out of self-preservation.
On Snape’s Evilness: Do we have evidence that Snape has actually given the Order any information? Also, Dumbledore himself said that his mistakes tended to be larger than most men’s.
