Three weeks and counting
No, not how many weeks Hannah is past her due date. That’s how long until we begin our first real classes at Westminster. Mark is gathering information about our Fall courses from students who’ve taken the classes. We will be taking Systematic Theology, Intro to Apologetics, Intro to New Testament, and Dynamics of Biblical Change. These are in addition to Greek and Hebrew. He has been told that our professors are amazing. Not only will we benefit from the academic study, but we will also be challenged by the lives of our professors. Mark is seeing the beginnings of community forming in his Greek class. This cohort of students will stay together for the fall semester. While I have missed out on the “bonding” that has occurred during Greek Boot Camp, I am hopeful that I will be able to ride Mark’s coat-tails into relationships.
I am also looking forward to being able to worship with Mark again. How sweet it is to play guitar together and worship. I think that is one of the things I miss most being away from him. I am so thankful that I was able to squeeze my guitar into the car to take with me to Hannah’s house. Usually I get to play with Hannah, but she is finding it a little difficult to hold the guitar these days.
Well, back to studying Greek, watching the Olympics, and waiting (not only for the grandbaby to arrive, but for my time at Westminster to begin, and my return to my dh … that’s Dear or Darling Husband for those of you still learning e-shorthand).

My coat-tails? Once you’re here, Babe, people won’t even notice my shoelaces
I’m the moon to her sun, folks….no doubt about it.
Glad to see you got your blog fixed.
