You Can Never Have Too Many Legos
In honor of my friend, Micah, I’d like to point you to a website for those who want to learn theology with a very visual method. Check out “The Brick Testament” by Brandon Powell Smith. This is truly a “must-see” (well, that might be a little bit of an overstatement, but it is kind of fun).
Caution: the ratings for the various scripture portions are probably appropriately assigned… some of his lego interpretations are definitely for a mature audience.

At last! I finally have a way to use the web to improve my teaching. The Garden of Eden series is quite brilliant. But I’m still trying to figure which animal Adam names “Doug” in http://www.thebricktestament.com/genesis/garden_of_eden/gn02_19-20.html. I think it might be the starfish.

Personally, I liked the cosmology presented by this one:

So, Doug, does this mean that from now on instead of making us come up to the chalkboard to draw “nothingness” or “light” or “firmament” you’ll give us a set of Legos and have us build those? OTHT is nuthin’ but fun!

This is AWESOME Karyn! So cool! Even better than some things we see at Legoland!
My kids are liking these as their new nighttime Bible stories!
But the “Instuctions for Women” are a bit much! I like the “head of the woman is the man”. Funny!
