Mark writes, I play

Here’s what I’m doing on vacation in Maine… playing in the snow with grandkids!!!

Sledding with Éva, Maggie and Ethan. Wheeeeeeeeeee!!!!!

Me, Sarah Joy and the four grandkids: Ethan, Éva, Maggie, Seámus.

Could anything be more beautiful? That’s snow covering a frozen Wilson Pond in the background. The hill is the backyard where Hannah lives.

Just a big kid jumping off the snow pile!

Did I mention that I LOVE SNOW?????!!!!

Photographs by my talented son-in-law John Free!

Gorgeous pictures! So glad you are having a beautiful time with family and enjoying the snow. That is a great reward for a semester of hard work. :) We had a warm Christmas in Texas - I wish it would snow again in Philadelphia.

[...] She also has some great pictures from our snow-covered holiday with the grandchildren in Maine. Come to think of it, this post does a good job of illustrating the one above. Published in: Family | on January 9th, 2006 | [...]
