Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow
Woke up this morning to a winter wonderland. It’s still coming down pretty hard. Since I took the photos we have even more accumulation and big fluffy flakes are falling fast. We’re hoping that we don’t lose power. When it stops snowing Éva and I will go outside (of course, I’ll have to borrow snowpants because someone told me I wouldn’t need them!!)

How beautiful! I’m sorry I missed another Maine snowfall, but I’m glad that for driving purposes I got out of there before it hit. I had a beautiful, clear day for driving last Sunday–even had my windows down for part of the afternoon!
This morning here in Philly we got what Karyn called “sympathy snow”: two brief squalls each about 5 minutes.
