Time flies
This photo of Jireh is extra special because of the outfit he is wearing. Believe it or not, Hannah (and her sister Sarah) wore this when they were newborns… 25+ years ago! Big sister Éva also wore it when she was born (Seámus was too big to fit into it!)
It is hard to believe that that many years have passed. And hard to believe that the outfit has survived all the moves we’ve made over the years. I often wondered, as we packed and moved so many times, if it was worth hauling some of the “memory” boxes. On a day like today, I can honestly say “Yes!”

And is that an elf ear I see??

My body literally gave a shake when I saw this picture. I remember holding our girls in that outfit…only yesterday.

I didn’t realize the English language used accent marks. Is that for voice inflection when pronouncing the kids’ names? Or is it Gaelic?

“And is that an elf ear I see?? ”
Thus supporting my argument that human ears and elf ears are the same!

Brian,
Éva (the E is pronounced as a long a) is a Hungarian name. Seámus is Gaelic. Poor Jireh may feel left out without some special diacritical marking of his own!
