Westminster Confessions

Our son-in-law, John, has been providing us with a wonderful website which is a window into the daily world of our grandkids. He posts a daily photo and often a little snippet of a conversation with the kids. This exchange is great.

We had to pick Sarah up from work Monday evening, so we went out to dinner before we headed over to church for our small group. After eating dinner, Ethan and I walked to the car in the cold while the ladies waited for us to pick them up. While walking, Ethan says:

“I like night, it’s black.”
“It’s cold, I don’t like cold.”
“Daddy, Jesus makes the cold.”

I’m not quite sure where Ethan’s young theological mind was heading, but it’s fun to conjecture.
