There are daffodils blooming in my front yard. Which brings me so much joy. It’s silly, really.
And I’m quite enjoying taking photos of them with my new camera.
Yes, I’m still around. Just not online that much these days. And still trying to recover a bit healthwise. The double vision went away, but then the numbness in the lower half of my body began. That is gone now, too, which makes me happy. But I’m still sleeping all the time when I’m not at work.
But I had a great holiday season. My sister and her husband visited for a week and I got to spend time with my mom and brother as well. I love my family.
And daffodils.

My name is Rhonda. I am blessed to live in a beautiful place out in the country with my wonderful husband. In addition to our "real" jobs (I work at a garden center and he is a teacher), we have a small farm where we raise vegetables, eggs and chickens to sell at local Farmer's Markets. We are currently fixing up/remodeling a house into which we will soon be moving...hopefully. In my free time, (what is that?) I enjoy traveling, cooking, crafty projects, reading and watching the sun set on the hills.
Numbness? Good gravy.
you know what they don’t have in NC? numbness.
Scott, you make me laugh.
Especially since you don’t even live in NC. So there is nothing in it for you.
Obviously Scott wants to be in NC, even if he doesn’t know it yet.
I’m sorry you’ve been so sickly.
Good to see you around, Rhonda. And I love your pictures, it’s beautiful.
We don’t have numbness up here in seattle, either. well, we do, but only when it’s cold and wet. Which, at the moment, is most of the time. So, never mind.
We have numbness in Maine. I deal with numb people all the time. Better stay where you are.
