I’m signed up at monster.com to have an email sent each week with job openings in Lynchburg. There usually isn’t anything of interest for me, but I like to get it just in case.
But today had an interesting one, even though it’s actually in Roanoke:

I guess it’s for all the kung fu fighting they do around there.

Is one of the required qualifications “Must be fast as lightning”?
i actually have a friend with that exact position. i think she has something to do with all the mass mailings that are sent out from genworth. too bad the job doesn’t exactly live up to it’s title. or come to think of it, the person would probably need a black belt just to fight off the angry people who get all that junk mail.
this is “hab” from andy’s board, though i’ve been quite sporatic there lately. i don’t know how i ended up on your blog today, but i did.

black belt generally refers to someone who is certified in six sigma.
