I just watched the new Narnia trailer, and, as I feared, I am not impressed with the talking animals.

Other than that, it looks to be an amazing movie.

1 Krazy Celtic { 10.25.05 at 1729 }: Thanks for the link! I thought the talking animals were well done, except Aslan’s voice and the griffin’s voice did not match their characters.
2 Gaines { 10.25.05 at 1852 }: Yup, Liam Neeson as Aslan is just not working for me, at least from the preview.
3 richard { 10.25.05 at 1944 }: I don’t know about ‘well done’. Maaaaaybe acceptable. But it really just doesn’t look right, and I don’t think it ever will. I think its better fit for our imaginations.

But I don’t think I’ll hold that against the movie.

I agree that the effects are kinda disappointing, but I’ll bet that I stop noticing pretty quickly once the movie get’s going. I’m sooo looking forward to it!
