Just add <code>/feed/</code> to the end of the permalink URI, and you'll get an RSS 2.0 feed for comments on that entry. I still prefer e-mail notification, but for feed freaks, that option is always, there even if there isn't a specific link to the comments feed. The campaign has started. All shall be converted. :-D
