All Righty?

One of the instructors here at work is out today. So I gave a make-up test to a few students, and am proctoring a test for a class later today.

One of the make-up students brought their test to me, and then said they’d see me later because she’s in the other class. And I said, “All Righty”.

I realized after I said it how stupid it is. That’s a really stupid saying. Man.

I find my self deliberately using “okey dokey”. Should this be a discussion point as well?
