Annoying Customer Service

Argh. It is hard to be cheerful with people like this. I ordered some things for work. Time sensitive things, with a specified ship date. They were supposed to be shipped tomorrow, so that I would get them by Friday and have it for next week. Instead, I got it all last Friday. Which means it won’t be good by the time I need it next week.

So I called to fix the problem, and after getting shuffled around a bit, I finally end up with the lady who thinks I’m taking time away from her day to correct this mistake. It’s a real drain.

Plus I’m tired, because I was up periodically with the girls last night, as they’re all three sick-throwing up and feverish.
