I Am Grossly Rich
Yesterday evening, as I was mowing the lawn, I came to the conclusion that I am rish. Too rich. This came to me because I came across a digital camera sitting in the yard. The girls were playing with it, and had left it there, resting in the grass. This is a camera that, when it was new, cost a hundred dollars.
And its just sitting in the yard, unmissed. I mean, one might argue that I am too rich because I let 2 and 4 and 5 year old children play with the thing. But then, they leave it outside in the elements, and I don’t even notice its absence. Or care much that it may not work anymore (I didn’t check it, just put it in my pocket).
I’ve got too much junk.
