It’s been so long, oh such a long time…
Man, I really gotta get back into the posting groove.
This is pathetic.
Anyway, I’m a high school graduate now. It doesn’t really feel that much different. Except, the day after graduation, I woke up and thought, “What am I going to DO now?!” I have to go job hunting now. Oh joy. I’m finding out how much I really do love my friends at school, no matter how much I always say I don’t like my school. I’m really going to miss the last four years. HOWEVER, I could not be any more excited for the next few years of my life. I’m so pumped about going to Carson-Newman and experiencing the “college life.”
I was talking to our youth director Jeremy the other day, and he’s going to have some opportunities for me to play this summer, even some paying gigs, which will be great. I could always use more gas money.
One of my best friends, Matt, is moving to Nashvegas to go to Lippscomb University. I dunno what I’m gonna do. I told the dude he better be expecting many many phone calls. Most of my friends are my age or younger, and Matt is really the only guy I have to look up to and take advice from. I’m going to miss that.
Well, I guess I’ll go for the moment. Until next time…

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…these are some of the best years of your life; don’t wish them away too quickly!

Ditto. I wish I were 16 again. Oh, the choices I would choose differently!
