I’d rather be working for a paycheck, than waiting to win the lottery…
So, I know, I know…I need to update more. And…I know, I know…nobody has been reading anyway. haha.
Anyway, I figured I owed it to my 1.5 billion dedicated readers to update this thing…so that’s what I’m doing.
It’s fall, and I’m not in school. That’s a strange notion for me. First time it’s been this way since I’m 4 years old. Why, you ask? Well, I can’t afford Carson-Newman anymore, especially since my slacker a$$ almost got me flunked out, and caused me to lose my scholarships. I miss the place. Even though I’m still there half the time. So now I’m dividing my time between working at Ruby Tuesday’s Emory Road, doing YOKE at White Pine Middle with my CN buddies, and leading worship at The Church At Rutledge. My life’s pretty crazy right now, and I’m kind of glad I don’t have to school to fill up even more of the time I don’t have. Hopefully I’ll be able to save up enough money so next fall I can get my educational life back on track.
The new season of Lost started a few nights ago…and I’m freakin’ lovin’ it. The writers/cast/crew did an amazing job, as was expected, at picking up where the questions left off, and answering them. Of course, this brought up about eleventy hundred NEW questions….but that’s irrelevant. Today was my one real day off this week, so I celebrated by having a Boy Meets World marathon. This is why I love DVD technology. All of the shows I obsessed over as a kid, I can relive….over and over…without commercials. I’m saving for the Pete and Pete DVDs now…Holla.
More to come later….hopefully.
